These contain data over and above a traditional barcode, for example, real-time best before dates, batch codes and the choice of over 100 application identifiers leading to better stock management, legal compliance and automated procedures saving time and money.
The Vulcan Plus prints these barcodes using a unique on-demand labelling method that adds codes onto labels in real-time, giving it the key advantage of being faster and more flexible than other systems on the market. The Vulcan Plus technology also powers the ICE 9560PL pallet labeller.

The ICE 9560PL brings to the marketplace a new high performance, low maintenance tertiary option, completing Clearmark's coding portfolio. It provides maximum label visibility and product traceability printing on A5 labels set to a GS1 compliant specification. The ICE 9560PL offers side, front and rear application and a fully enclosed system with a climate controlled cabin to ensure optimum conditions within the enclosure. The label supply reel automatically adjusts and maintains tension whilst the printhead pressure is electronically regulated for optimum print quality.
