PPMA 2012 WAS ANOTHER GREAT SUCCESS

30th September, 2012

The PPMA show 2012 was a great success for ICE, where we exhibited on a stand measuring 140 square metres in size, designed to promote our brand and products. Our visitors were very complimentary about the layout of the stand, stating that we were easy to find, with a prominent position. Our friendly experienced staff was on hand to welcome visitors and offer advice on all new applications, or to update existing customers on the latest products and services on offer.

The stand was shared by our partner companies Videojet and Sunala, where collectively we were able to provide all printing technologies for all applications – the theme being “Any Code, Any Product, for Every Application” – we are all experts in our own field. The strength of our strategic partnership was never more evident, with a constant flow of visitors, between all of the participating technologies and brands. ICE are keen to continue developing these partnerships, to facilitate further growth, increase market penetration and introduce new printing technology innovations, without losing the expert focus on each product offered.

The business focus and expertise, adopted across the three business centres has resulted in growth by all parties. ICE has continued to grow over the whole 11-year life of the business and the purpose-designed facility in Nottinghamshire, which we moved into early this year, has created a platform for further growth and new technology introductions to the market place. It has also provided a great new environment for our team to operate from, a team of which we are very proud.

The exhibition gave us a platform to promote our new innovations, including the VIPER TIJ (thermal inkjet) technology and the enhanced Zodiac HS TTO (thermal transfer overprinter) printer, with updated software capabilities.

The PPMA show was well received, with many visitors in attendance this year, providing a great response to the ICE stand, our products and our services. Chris Gent one of the Directors of the company said “The exhibition fulfilled my expectations and whilst the most important reason for attending a show is to meet new and existing customers, so we may fulfil their current requirements, it is also a chance to network with OEM machinery manufacturers, to ensure we are keeping pace with their requirements”. We are keen to continue being part of the largest combined coding display at the PPMA, presented by our partner companies.

We would like to thank everyone that visited and supported us at the PPMA, including our staff, including those who attended the show and also the backroom team for assisting with the show preparation. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our existing customers for their custom and loyalty and assure them that we place a very large priority on maintaining high levels of support and innovation to the industry.
