More than 40 members of the Clearmark team recently took a 95-mile journey to speed through the Yorkshire Dales on Kubota tractors and complete other team-building activities as part of the company’s annual summer fun day event.

Working together, the group assembled into small teams to take part in dragon boat racing and later in the afternoon jumped into high powered sub-compact tractors to fly across the land in multiple relays stretching across the 1400 acre Coniston Estate.

After a busy day outdoors, the team was invited to take part in a cocktail making session and meal back at The Coniston Hotel.

The fun day, kindly organised by the company directors after another successful quarter, provided the current team and several new recruits with a brilliant opportunity to relax, unwind and collaborate effectively as a group.

Lauren Johnston, Marketing Placement Student from Nottingham Trent University, said: “It was nice to be invited to the fun day and a great way for me to get to know the wider team so shortly after starting my placement year.”
