Clearmark Celebrate Business Award Win and New Building Launch with Charity Fundraiser
2nd June, 2017
On Friday 26th May, Clearmark held a charity fundraising event to celebrate winning ‘Small Business of the Year‘ at the Nottingham Post Business Awards and to acknowledge the launch of a new 11,000sq foot split level workshop and warehouse facility.
To reward hard work and commitment, the team was treated to a double-decker bus bar, eight-lane Scalextric, racing simulator, a five-piece jazz band, pie van and inflatable human football. Staff also received individual awards for long service and notable achievements within the business.
As well as celebrating business success, longevity and growth, ICE also raised over £500 for the Rainbows Hospice, a Midland’s based charity that helps children and young people that are affected by life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Chris Simpson, Managing Technical Director at Clearmark, said: “The event was a huge success with a strong team fundraising effort and fantastic weather.
“Once again, myself and the other two directors would like to thank our growing team of staff for all their hard work in developing the business. Seeing the event come together made me immensely proud of all that we have achieved so far.”
